Is Wal-Mart a Healthcare Reformer?
Michael Hebert is a primary care doctor in “the backwoods of Mississippi” (his words, not mine). He wrote a fantastic post about how Wal-Mart’s $4 pharmacy plan has done more to reform healthcare in the US than any government measure so far.
