Cody Green on Step It Up And Dance
On Sunday Apollo and I watched the first two episodes of Step It Up And Dance, hosted by Elizabeth Berkley. It’s not the best dance competition reality show ever. But it’s mostly okay. And Cody Green makes it a bit more tolerable. Watch the video below and help us figure out if Cody is gay or straight. Tough call…
In the clip he uses words such as but not limited too “Accepting Friends and Family”,”Versitile”, “most of my friends are Actors” these are leading me to believe that he is a Big Old Bottom, he looks like the gay that gets annoyed when he is asked to top. my vote is Gay!

He seems to get along with everyone on the show. If he is Gay which I think he is , he is a plus for the gay Scene. He is tall, good looking, and doesn’t act like a big queen like two of the other dancers they call themselves SISTERS. I am glad one of them got sent home.
April 21st, 2008 at 4:44 pmI read Cody’s favorite musics list on Bravotv.com… and as you go through the list he put that one of the songs he loves is his favorite because its “My Boyfriend and I’s….. love song”… thats exactly what he said… throwing me off because i thought he was straight this entire time… so yup… i am pretty certain he is gay… or at least bi… who knows?

I search him on the web all day, download pics and vids of him, what Step It Up & Dance just for him, etc. I am so head over heels for him. He is so tall and handsome and fit! He is a sweetheart, altho he comes off funny at times. His hair and eyes and smile are amazing! If he is gay I want him! If not then oh well! I believe hes str8 tho. If u watch the cabaret episode he was really into the girls dancing, and he does think Mochi is sexy. I believe he likes women, altho hopefully he is bi! I also saw what Edwin saw on the mobile site, but they did move it from his page to Jessicas, telling me that it was a mistake that it was on his page. Thats sad becuz. I WANT CODY GREEN!

The reason I dont is because if he gets really big off of this, Hollywood is going to take this sweet young guy with a charm and charisma that you cant help but notice, and change it. You can tell that he is genuine and real, and its nice to see that, but if he makes it, the chances of Hollywood not taking him and making him into a self-centered, big headed egotistical jerk are rare. Hollywood takes the most sweet people and makes them into self-righteous jerks that think they are better than most people. I hope that if Cody makes it big, which seems to be happening already without him winning (yet), that he doesnt let it go straight to his head. I hope Cody stays Cody.

What was up wit him last nite??? He was coming off a lil overly prideful and arrogant??? Not based on words so much, but based on demeanor as well. He tries to always make himself look like this super humble dude, but if u look at some of his facial expessions and really look at his eyes, you can see a lot. You just have to know how to read into people. He is good, but last nite really wasnt the best, I dont care what people say. I watched it twice and he didnt stand out to me at all!!! And when he and Janelle were in the bottom two, you can see in his face this look like he was tryin to be worried, but really was thinking , ‘goodbye Janelle’… I am really turned off this week… hopefully next week he will redeem himself to me…
P.S. Me saying this means a lot, being that I think he is fantastic!!!

May 16th, 2008 at 2:56 pmI haven’t commented because the case seems fairly closed. There was the fairly revealing blog article and Yateisha also seems to concur. Sure, nothing is ever certain until it comes from Cody’s mouth. And people do change over time, or come out late in life. But for now it appears Cody is straight. And I’m cool with that. I mean, I’m guessing that most of the dancers who go to Juilliard are somewhat effeminate or questionable in their sexuality. But, there are definitely professional guy dancers who are straight. Just like there are gay guys who are firemen, mechanics, and other typically “straight” careers.
You can trust that I’ll be among the first bloggers to post more evidence to the contrary if it comes up. But until then, it sorta seems that Cody is a hot straight guy who dances pretty.

May 27th, 2008 at 6:10 amI actually found this blog looking for info on Cody, because I thought he was so damn hot. When the show first started, I tried to find as much info on him that I could. My only contribution to this puzzle of Is Cody gay or not? is: If you look at the Bio’s on Bravotv.com, it does not mention that any dancer is gay. BUT, it does say that Nick is “single (and straight)”. We know that Oscar, Miguel and James are admittingly gay. Michael is admittingly Bisexual. Because Bravo added that Nick was straight, I think it implied that the rest of the male dancers were gay. Just my two cents. Besides, gay or straight, Cody is still extremely hot and a incredible dancer. I can still have my fantasy while wondering. They still say Tom Cruise is straight, and I had many a fantasy about him years ago. Cody just seems so down to earth and so reachable. BTW Logan, I agree with your last post about Nick. But after “Umbrella”, I’m starting to think this top (me) might like a little Nick action! Thanks for letting me be part of your Blog!

The finale was amazing, and I was glad Cody won. He was the best. His solo was amazing, and his talent truly showed. Of course, his girlfriend was there, which burst my bubble, but that doesn’t change the fantasy. He does look like a perfect gentleman.
